High season is May 15 - September 30. Low season is October 1 to May 14.

**For rentals from October 1 to May 14, a utility surcharge may apply.

All rates are quoted for double occupancy only. Additional charges are levied for additional guests

• Some homes accept pets however prior approval is required and a surcharge will be levied.
• Daily Rates are available, however a 3-day minimum stay is required.
  
• Surcharges will be levied for Christmas, Easter and Spring break bookings.
• Low Season monthly rates may include a utility surcharge, depending on utility usage.


• A 30 per cent deposit is required at the time of booking.
• A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged or guests may do a self-cleaning upon approval for no cleaning fee to be charged.

Due to strong demand, reservations are required for all bookings.
